  I usually have no issues and would give e 5 stars ,but today not sure if Lisa was having bad day. But she was abrupt ,not friendly made me feel as if it was a pain to take my payment . Everyone has bad days but still shouldn't make the person on the phone feel like they are the cause.

  Regional Finance is an awesome company! They exercised the utmost patience with me regarding the issue with Park Chevrolet. They even got me back on the road again by surprising me with a check to help me purchase a new and better vehicle.
