  Very friendly staff always helpful if you have an issue they will take care of you you just have to communicate with them a lot of people don't communicate and they worked with me for that's why I'm getting another loan with them excellent customer service I can't remember the man's name that is the branch manager but he's fun he laughs and talks to everybody the ladies friendly and help you with what you don't understand

  Worst place to get a loan ! First they say they can help then call you and tell you you are approved you just need a few documents filled out but come on down and waste my time to extend my already current loan to help me and my husband out because he’s been sick with COPD. Then once I get there after I told her I only worked two days then I can’t get the extension. Don’t tell people they are approved then waste their time and gas to tell them oh I thought you had a full check we can’t do anything for you . Blah blah blah. This is getting paid off first chance I get and then we’re done with them.
