  We went through many lenders before we found Don and his team, we didn’t know good service until finding Refinance Direct. Spectacular service from personable conversations to responding to our many questions refinance direct is on the ball. We worked with Don, and he responded to us within a few hours to a minutes sometimes. We were set up with an amazing loan that other lenders were hesitant to sign us up for. Don and his team were the best group to work with. Even when an error was found, they immediately made a solution in 15 minutes that would have taken other organizations an entire day at least. There is no one better than Don and Refinance Direct.

  Don was always available to answer questions and provide excellent advice. He calmed our fears in these uncertain times and saw the whole financing process through from start to finish.   We've done multiple loans over the years, but this was the best experience we've had by far. We were doing a refi in order to payoff some debts and do some home improvements. We were approved in less than 48 hours and everything was streamlined and easy. Our loan agent (Don Robinson) was able to get us a super super low rate and we had everything completed in around 3 weeks. Absolutely AWESOME experience!

  Before working with Don I would dread the refinancing process... all the back and forth, the waiting, the mystery of what was happening, I hated it all. Don was a breath of fresh air. I always knew where we were in the process, he proactively reached out with updates, and he told me exactly what to expect. Transferring documentation was easy and we closed in just a couple of weeks. Honestly, I can't say enough about how easy the process was. Plus, I was very happy with the rate and fees to close. Don will absolutely be the guy I call when I finance another home.
