  Ya'll need more tellers like Alyson. She's spunky and treats her customers like humans, she actually talks to them and spends that little time getting to know them more. Good thing this is the only branch I deal with. Don't let her go until everyone learns from her!

  Mountain America is the best ever. I don’t care what anyone says, these guys all deserve the best! Whoever did the comment on shared branching is just an ungrateful human being who likes to bring other people down just because he can .He probably knows he can call his CU to glady take the hold off for him. And mountain America is always nice to shared branchers and they’re NOT even their members and treat them like one (: keep going strong everyone at MACU!!!

  I just spoke on the phone with Rachel at this location and she was so wonderful. She was quick to get my information, but she was very friendly and sweet. I didn’t feel rushed or like I was bothering her. Thanks Rachel!

  Their mortgage loan officer Chris was unprofessional and only got back to us on our application at midnight after days of no communication.

  I have had an over all good experience till I applied for a loan. Noone even called me back the next thing I know I get a letter in the mail telling me sorry we can't help you at this time then it went on to give me a list of things why. Not enough income. Didint even call me about my income. On the app asked me a couple questions about income. Then it said some things that might or might not be on my credit. Didint even ask me about them. Then went in to it don't remember just a bunch of bullshit So I went to my other credit union America first and the was more then happy to do the loan with a great intrest rate. So my main credit union is America first . Then Cyprus credit union cause the gave me a loan on my truck. Mountain America is just a cu I keep open just in case. But over all the millcreek branch is great the staff. I think it's millcreek. 1300 east and 4800 south.
