  As a lender that routinely funds loans for companies such as this, I have to say that dealing with Tyler Theobald was not a professional experience. He either doesn't know what he is doing (incompetent), or he's not honest. I suspect both. He brought me a transaction that I worked my tail off to get funding approval only to have it fall apart on the very last day because Tyler had not communicated with the buyer/borrower what the loan costs were.

  LESLIE MOSS is the best loan lady, maybe ever? She was so responsive, so helpful in helping me understand every step of the process, and making sure every payment/ fee was crystal clear (which was a major stressor for me going into this). We were basically clueless going into home buying and she walked me through every step and made it as painless as possible. Not to mention we closed on our home faster than anyone else in human history? Literally in 2 weeks. She is incredible, I would use her again in a heartbeat and recommend her to everyone I know.

  My husband and I built our first home recently and our builder had a preferred lender. We were skeptical to venture out and see if we would find comparable rates but we did. Not only was Rick's pricing better the amount of time and responsiveness was incredible. Rick and Angie made our process painless and with ease.   Me and my husband are first time homebuyers. We are wanting to get preapproved for a loan. I had a conversation with one of the loan officers at Vintage Lending and he said he would get back to me. He never did, so I tried to get back to him, even left a message, and he has never reached back out to us. We have taken our business else where and the customer service has been far superior.

  Home listed and closed in two weeks. Clint and his team at Vintage Lending went above and beyond to help us with the sale of our home and are even advising us with the purchase of our new home out of state. An honest company that works hard to maintain integrity and professionalism. Selling a home can be scary but we have loved the process and are so grateful we chose Vintage Lending to help us through it!

  Brad has always gotten me the best rate. I have used him on several properties and refi's. He makes a painful process as painless as possible. Don't go down the online finance route. Use a real person who understands all of the connections that make your loan situation unique. Brad does that.

  Rick Kirahanbalm is probably the most inconsiderate person I have EVER come across. He does NOT consider your privacy to be a factor in his flimsy business. Stay away from this lender, run fast and run far. He will NOT treat you with any respect, as I don’t believe he has that capacity. He simply wants your business to count beans and doesn’t care about you.
