  Unfortunately they don't bother to answer their phones. Waited over a combined 45 mins trying to call 3 times. You would think that during a pandemic, they would be more willing to answer phones so people didn't have to show up in person to the branch to get simple/quick questions answered. In looking at past reviews, this hasn't changed over the last 3 years. Tarnishes an otherwise decent experience in the 7 yrs I've had an account.

  I cant say enough great things about Matthew D. at the Mendocino branch. He is an exceptional example of professionalism and knowledge. He was able to help me with all my questions about my accounts, loan and credit. I appreciate his help. A true asset to Redwood credit union. Thank you.

  Our fav Credit Union. This is our branch and we love the ease of doing "banking" here. Easy in and out. Staff always on hand to assist.

  A long overdue shout out to the RCU Santa Rosa 4th Street branch--but especially Jaylin Kerkvliet. Every time my wife and I have gone there, they have been helpful, professional and friendly. The Best.

  Have tried to get customer service in person by telephone at a couple of numbers, and had to wait listening to elevator music. Keeping up with the times, how about instituting a call back procedure? Generally, everything else has been stellar.

  I am not a member anymore, but I use this locations ATMs all the time and they are convenient, clean and well lit and comfortable.

  Member for over 30 years. Used to be able to TALK to a real person. The wait time is absurdly long and inconvenient. Am completely frustrated trying to ask a simple question that does not fit the menu.
