  I alse share the feeling that SFCU is the best bank services around by a long mile! I have been a member since April 1999 and I appreciate them every year a little more. Not only the customer service is awesome, it is more than that, they know you by name, you get treated as family. I just could not be happier with SFCU and I will not change them for any commercial bank. I love my credit union!

  Vanessa could benefit from a good customer service training. I expected her to listen so we good get a short term loan, but she refused to listen.

Unfortunately, we aren't able to approve loans for anyone without receiving a loan application and first reviewing your credit and ability to repay.   By far, the best financial institution we’ve ever done business with. Dave and the entire staff treated us with kindness and respect while our other San Francisco based credit union in which I’ve been a member for over 20 years turned us away when we needed help. As blue collar workers and native San Franciscans, my wife and I were used to being disrespected and shunned in a very changed San Francisco. I had overextended my credit trying to pay ridiculously high rent in San Francisco and maintain our mobile home in Sonoma (which Sonoma Fed financed a loan for us to purchase when no one else would). I was afraid to ask for help due to our bad experiences with our other credit union. But Dave and Sonoma Federal helped us. He understood our dilemma and didn’t judge us. Now our stress is gone and our faith in people is restored. We trust Sonoma Federal Credit Union and look forward to enjoying our lives with our grandchildren in Sonoma. Thank you Dave and everyone at SFCU!
