  Very unfriendly staff, I was there for my appointment. Felt like the guy who was assisting me was not happy to see me there. He was not responding to any of my question or clearing any of my doubts. He said you can call customer care or do fill application online. So my question is, why you have a branch there. I don’t understand . I have a banking with Wells Fargo from multiple years. There customer service is excellent. They are well trained professionals.

  Professional but incompetent. I called to find the criteria to open a saving account for mother and I was told a valid passport or DL and SSN. I presented a valid passport and SSN and she was denied an account. I called a Redwood representative to file a complaint and verify the documents needed to opened an account and of course the representative was shocked. I received an appointment to open an account over the phone by another branch. I could have argued my point but who wants to do business/ bank with an incompetent team. Very poor first impression.

  This location does not have coins or smaller bills at all; the only cash you can get is through the ATM. Was really excited that there was finally going to be a branch next to me only to be disappointed that I can't even get laundry money here. Seems like kind of a pointless location. Should just be a stand alone ATM not take up a whole building considering it isn't a real banking location.

  Great that there’s one in closer to me in Benicia. the three ATMs are nice as well but to eliminate all services from the counter that the ATM supplies is a mistake in my eyes. I guess it’s like the iPhone taking the home button away, maybe I’ll get used to it or maybe I’ll long for it to come back. Been here twice and it’s a pain to deposit any significant amount of cash.

  The staff seemed nice at first but it seems like a bunch of inexperienced kids working here, made an appointment to get a bunch of things done but apparently after an hour they kick you out. Dude also made a ton of mistakes I had to fix later online.

  ATM stole my money holding for 7 to 10 business days no help on either so do not Bank of this bank they will screw you over in the end super unprofessional both center and in store

  Very Limited Services at this location. Reason I signed up for redwood credit union was to be able to bank closer to home. Disappointed with lack of Services.

  Came in an hour before close to see if i could get a loan and they worked super hard to get it all within the timeframe! Big shout outs to Ricky and The team!

  They are lazy here I walk in at 3:30 they didn’t want to help me with a account don’t waste your time at this place they paid to do nothing
