  At the time of writing, I've just switched to RCU last week for checking, savings, and a new auto loan, and they've been wonderful to work with. The people are nice, the marketing is accurate, and it helps that the offers they have are often the best for financial good sense. This branch and their customer relations system is also great for trans people - I asked if they had a preferred name field for personal interactions (understanding that billing statements require legal name), and they do! There may not be front desk service awareness of that field, but someone was able to enter it and asked for pronouns too! It's so hard to find an LGBTQ friendly bank, and I think I have!

  It’s kind of frustrating that they turned off my overdrafts fees even though I’ve paid them back and now that I have an actual emergency it’s like it doesn’t matter to them. It’s time to find another bank.

  I love RCU. One day, a clerk was so helpful by suggesting some changes to my accounts that actually decreased the likelihood of additional fees and they were so helpful. I love the service I get here, and I have been so happy with their friendly staff.

  My new wonderful Credit Union. I love this branch - it is full service and very nice employees. ( also steps away from The Best Tuesday Morning store ever) Horrible Parking lot in back...

  Yes, I wait longer here than at my former "regular" bank, but it's worth it. I feel the credit union is responsible and is not corrupt like the big boys.

  My brand new Credit Union. Staff is very helpful - this branch offers full service while some are ATM only. Easy parking in back of the Credit Union
