  I had the opportunity to work with Chris on a Bank Statement purchase loan that needed to close quickly. Chris understands how to take control of the file by constantly communicating with his loan partners. Chris has the ability to look several steps ahead in the process to address challenges before they become a problem.   Chris is the best loan officer I ever had. He is super knowledgeable, great experience and provided different options to help me making decisions. From my past bad experience I was so hesitant to refinance my loan knowing how much trouble it could be but Chris makes it so easy and headache free for me. Compared to other mortgage officers Chris is way more patient than all of them. He doesn’t pressure me and let me shop around. I ended up come back to Chris because he did outbid all other companies like he told me. Awesome! I am now recommending Chris to all my friends because he is worthy!

  We were purchasing our very first home and were struggling with a loan officer who was confusing and unresponsive. Then we met Chris and everything went smoothly - from his amazing response to all our questions, his willingness to go as deep into the financing elements of the loan as we needed, his ongoing updates and recommendations (did I mention we were purchasing our home in the midst of Shelter In Place and so home buying and financing had a massive monkey wrench thrown into the process?). Chris was a true finance partner and we are glad to be able to now call him a friend - because that is what happens when you chat with someone every day trying to get your loan financed in the midst of a pandemic.   Chris was a pleasure to work with and exceeded my expectations. He was extremely responsive and happy to answer any questions I had and clarify some of the more technical things that I didn’t understand at first look. He shopped around to find us a great deal (we are saving more than $500 a month) and we are extremely happy with his services.
