  I cannot speak more highly of my experience with Shaman at Fivepoint Reality. He gave me cold call which I initially ignored. I was using a national reality company for re-financing, but that company was very unreliable and requested unneeded information which I provided them and they then rejected it. I then called Shaman. Working with him was ideal. He was responsive, explained each step, called me whenever there was a question about my documents or request, and say to it that my mortgage was refinanced quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Shaman to anyone seeking mortgage assistance.

  Shaman is a very thorough , knowledgeable and extremely professional loan agent. He goes great lengths in helping his clients and is with them right from the beginning till the closure explaining each step. Would highly recommend him for any kind of loan and however difficult , he makes sure that it is done and keep you updated with the process , timeline and is totally transparent throughout.

  I recently sold my house with a different real estate company and there was some hiccup's during the transaction. During this process I was very frustrated because the sale was moving very slowly. Luckily Fivepoint Realty was referred to me through one of my personal networks to run some things over. I was so very impressed by the knowledge that broker Shaman Ajmani has and how informative he is with the process. I could have not been more impressed with Shaman’s professionalism and expertise. He always got me prompt answers to my questions. I would recommend Shaman to anyone looking to work with an agent who really understands the business. Even though I didn't use Fivepoint Realty on this transaction, they were so helpful that I plan to use them in the future. I just wish that I was referred to Fivepoint Realty before working with the other company.

  It was a pleasure to work with Shanaz Ajmani as my Mortgage Broker. She was responsive and well organized, also very knowledgeable. This was my first time refinancing so I had a lot of questions throughout the process but Shanaz was always patient and courteous and also thorough which I sincerely appreciated. She made sure I ended up with the best rate available. Always looking out for my best interest. Lastly, she has great follow up and follow through skills that kept the boll rolling and made the entire process smooth and quicker than I ever anticipated.   This has been our best transaction experience I have had and here is why: Five Point Realty & Mortgage ,as the name suggests, provides both the financing and real estate service under the the same roof. This by itself makes the entire process much faster and efficient and makes a big difference in this highly competitive market.   I have recently moved from out of state to California and have been fortunate enough to get to know shaman from an individual that had worked with Shaman and was very happy with the service. Shaman has done a great job in educating me about the area and considering the criteria that have been important to me, such as high rated good schools. The fact that Five point realty and mortgage ;as the name suggests; does the loan too was a huge plus , saving me time and energy from having to deal with multiple entities. Highly recommended.
