Ryan Mazur4Not real happy with the service as a business owner. It takes longer to get in and out in the business line than if I go to personal line and it is not convenient at all for depositing regularly. And usually there is one or two teller spots open but one or two people sipping sodas behind the tellers watching them work. 🤔 Update: Redstone did reach out to me and seemed genuinely concerned about the issue and what they could do to remedy it so I have updated this review from a 2 to 4 star.

Apparently they have a new account set up system that the staff was not familiar with when it came to opening a trust registration. They could have been better prepared for the appointment...

Megan White1Went to the Harvest location earlier today to cash a check and the teller failed to send out the right amount. She shorted me $30. I went inside thinking this would be an easy fix: tell them what happened, they check their systems, apologize and I'd be on my way. NOPE. I had the displeasure of speaking with their inside teller named Fiona about Erika's (outside teller) mistake and she proceeds to roll her eyes and asks me if it happened, where's my receipt. I inform her of the teller saying they do not supply receipts for cashing checks. She rolls her eyes at me, calls the other teller who admits to her wrong-doing and blames the entire situation on their 2 different systems; one for the outside machines and 1 for the inside, and me not double checking the screen before pulling away. How is that good business practice to have separate systems, I couldn't tell you. But I digress. So I wait, and wait. And continue to get attitude from Fiona as she requests I go to the back of the line while she waits for Erika to send my money back. This took a considerable amount of time with Fiona growing more and more snooty with me. Never once did she say she was sorry for the mistake, my time wasted...nothing. I finally get my money back and ask to speak to her manager. She rolls her eyes again and types something on her computer which I thought was her messaging the manager. I step to the foyer and wait. Nobody comes. I ask Fiona if she contacted her manager and she YELLED back at me, "no. They're in the back. I'm waiting for them to come up here and I'll tell them then." What awful customer service this young lady has. I would be appalled if she worked for me.
