  Ashley and the team at MidTown Mortgage did an excellent job during the loan process in getting me my new home! Ashley was available anytime for questions and is very knowledgeable. She always kept every party up to date on the current state of the process and made the process seamless. Unfortunately, we had been assigned an appraiser who tried to make life difficult but Ashley handled it with ease. She even worked on her vacation to ensure we closed in time! If I ever have a need I will not hesitate to use Ashley and the team at MidTown Mortgage again.

  Ashley Templeton was absolutely AMAZING. We have purchased 10+ homes and this was by far the most unique we've done since we did a renovation, and by far had the hardest working mortgage broker ever. No matter the hoops to jump, Ashley was always encouraging and knew exactly how to navigate for a very smooth transaction. She ALWAYS answers her phone or is quick to text to say when she would call us back. We closed on time and knew upfront our numbers. Great communication, great work ethic, she is the BEST!

  I cannot recommend Midtown Mortgage enough! Laura (Slayton) worked meticulously to get us into our home - through numerous tumultuous events that stems from such a high demand, sellers market. She is completely amazing! I will definitely use Midtown Mortgage if I purchase another home ❤️

  We have bought four houses in the last four years, and working with Ashley at Midtown Mortgage was by far the best experience. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to respond. If you’re weighing your options between the several highly rated mortgage companies, take it from us, Midtown Mortgage is the way to go (and ask for Ashley :) )

  Was having issues with a couple other lenders. Laura was able to utilize some different programs to get everything solidified for my family and get us closed in a timely manner. The process was streamlined and there was always great communication.
