  I had the most pleasant experience-Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was approved the same day and excellent agreement terms for payback! Outstanding customer service-very professional and friendly- I would like to note all the managers were very up to par-including Carla, my loan officer who was exceptional! Will return in the future!

  Between Ken and Katie and Carla and Marcia I love going in here they are always on point and they make it so easy. I called about a consolidation loan and got approve on the spot and was able to pay off one of my debtors which was a good thing. I have one low price to pay a month and everything is good. Thanks again you guys.

  Applied for a loan online and they took extremely long to get back to me. I was approved for half of what I needed and told me I needed to accept the offer soon. When i called back (the next day) they had canceled my application and I had to start over. THEN… they denied the application without giving me an explanation.

  Great experience. No matter when I call Ms. Carla is always there to help. I feel like everyone in the office is a part of my family. Very friendly, clean environment and with the virus, very cautious. To walk into a business and to see the smiling faces it's like walking into one of your family members home. Thanks for being my family "Carla, Marcia, Kenja and Robert". I can say if either one of you left the business it wouldn't be a good place for me to continue to do business. 1st Franklin, you have a great team at 6200 Mastin Lake, please keep them happy!!!
