  Worst experience at a bank I’ve had in years. The staff acts like they don’t have time to speak to you, and are always rushing you. In the multiple visits I made, I think I made eye contact with an employee for a total of 20 seconds. They strung me along for about four weeks to get a balance transfer for a credit card before finally declining me. Horrible, horrible bank... I’m shocked so many people put up with this.

  Opened an account over a year ago. It doesn't matter if your overdraft protection is turned on or off, they're going to charge you $25 as a fee even if the charge is made. I would just prefer they DECLINE the charge. Absolute BS. Would NOT recommend.

  Redstone Federal Credit Union on 6th Ave is the best! Each and every employee I have dealt with at this location has been friendly and professional. I would especially like to say "Thank you" to Connie for assisting me today with my emergency banking issue. Excellent customer service and friendliness will keep me as a lifelong customer. Keep up the great work!

  This is the best bank to do business with. I highly recommend them. I like to say thanks to all the employees that make my visits wonderful.

  Every time I go in this branch to cash a check I get treated like it’s not my check or I’m not supposed to have it. So annoying. Never bank or open an account with redstone too many fees, rules, and this branch is slow. The Hispanic teller is slow, rude, and about dumb as brick. Worst experience in any bank I’ve ever had!

  It is centrally located on hwy 31 South decatur al. The staff is friendly and professional! they offer a wide range of services.

  Bought two money orders from Woodlawn bank in Walmart decided not to use them so I went to my bank Redstone on 6th Ave , they immediately gave me problems wanting to know where I got these at their demeanor changed to aggressive like flipping on a light switch and I told them exactly where I got them at and had a receipt one of them was calling the bank and other one might have been calling the police and I had to wait almost an hour so they got done doing what they was doing are they treated me they're very bad while I was waiting they got someone to watch me while I sat there and waited on them to check on the money order so that's what I decided I'm closing my checking account and going to another bank.
