  Never released a payoff from years ago. Now getting collection calls from third parties trying to buy a loan balance that doesn't exist after having wages garnished that was never corrected two years ago. They have no clue what they are doing

  Paid off a loan in 2016. Now 5 years later I show a $500+ balance and they want to settle for 330. No call and no letter for FIVE YEARS. Seems like thievery to me. Avoid these thieves.

  Friendly staff. But why do they have to keep running your credit, when you're trying to get what you have available. Especially when you're a on time paying customer , who hasn't missed a payment

  I borrowed 2280 and paided off 1 month only charged 125 dollars for 2280 loan I have no complaints
