      I've been banking with Regions for many many years. I've never had any issues. They have always helped me if I've had any problems.       The manager, Matt was very rude to me on the phone. Another branch provided solutions to my problem that he was not willing to give, and he doubled down on his stance on the issue even though the corporate office confirmed the solutions that were provided by the other branch. He interrupted me on the phone several times even after I asked him to stop. I will never step foot in this branch again unless the situation is rectified.

      Don’t use for personal banking and now I know why. Went in Saturday for deposit and change and said they don’t do that on Saturdays………so why are you open???
