  Unfortunately, our son was involved in an accident, not at fault, but resulted in a total loss of the vehicle. I was able to reach Kai after hours who immediately walked me through what to do. He followed up later that evening. Erie Insurance stepped up immediately and helped with the claim. I received numerous calls from each of their team members and the claim was handled very quickly and professionally. Every step of the way, I received personal calls from Erie's team. Both Kim and Kai at Redmon made follow up calls also. They for sure made this very stressful situation easier to deal with. I am very thankful and proud to call Redmon Insurance my provider for all my insurance needs. Thank you all!!

  I had met Kai at several business meetings through the years and was impressed with his professionalism. My husband and I retired two years ago and recently decided to see if we could save money on our insurance without losing any coverages. I called into the office and Sarah answered all my questions thoroughly and proceeded to get auto and home insurance quotes prepared for us. We were amazed at her quick turn-around and very pleased with the premiums and better coverages than we had before. We made an appointment to go into the office and Kai came out to greet us. Kai made us feel very welcome as he explained about his business plan and how he likes to meet all of the new clients. He introduced us to all the staff in the Edwardsville office. My husband was very impressed with Kai and his staff and felt comfortable working with everyone. I worked as an insurance agent before retirement and can highly recommend Kai Redmon and the Redmon Insurance Agency to everyone for their professionalism and knowledgeable staff. We are very pleased with our new insurance policies and our new insurance agency.

  Have been with Redmon Insurance for a little over a year now for auto and home. Very pleased with service, price, and all they do. Being local is great. His team is always ready to assist and you get a live caller! Not an automated menu. Have sent alot of friends their way. Only regret is I didn't get my quote from them years earlier. Give them a chance for a quote become another satisfied customer. AAA ++++

  I switched all coverage for my business to Kai over a year ago and have been very happy. The customer service is friendly and very responsive. Kai understands my industry and knows what I need in terms of coverage and more importantly what I don't need. I know if I ever had a problem I can just call! In addition, I am saving money!

  I have been with the Redmon Agency for over 5 years to cover my home, auto and rental properties. Not only did they beat the price of my previous insurance company but the service is second to none. Kai took the time to learn about me and what my goals were then tailored a solution to fit those needs. Additionally, every January, I copy my declaration pages and send to other insurance carriers and tell them to match it 'apples to apples'. They can't; they will always try to talk me into a lower cost option that leaves me under insured. Kai reviews the differences with me and gives me his analysis so I can make an educated decision. Been doing this for 5 years and I'm still with Redmon!
