  The worst customer service I’ve ever had. I’ve been trying to make a payment with them for over 5 days. If you are on hold with the customer service for more 5min they hang up and you start all over agin. This is the worst bank. My only option is drive to the closest branch about an hour away and pay that way.

  Opened up new accounts with a new cc today after moving to the area. Lorraine made it a breeze! Everything was explained thoroughly, the mobile app seems great thus far, and Lorraine made sure I was able to log into the app before I left, as well as explained it to me! The entire experience was very fluid and easy, and I am happy to say I chose PNC after having a local hometown credit union previously.

  So, someone hacked my card. PNC doesn't have a 24hr hotline so I can't put a hold on the card until 9am. Hopefully the hacker doesn't continue to spend money on my card since they've already taken $500 this far. Thank you PNC for enabling fraud.

  Went In TODAY after I hand a HORRIBLE BANKING EXPERIENCE WITH THE BANK OF EDWARDSVILLE. Customer Service Rep Terry was cool and helped me open new accounts and did a good job explaining Mobile Banking and the Bank APP. Im glad to say this is My BANK!!

  Always friendly and helpful. Yes there are fees but they have nothing to do with this branch in particular, so it doesn't seem fair to rate this location based on them.
