  Well Me and Ron have been in contact and I sent in all of my, "sensitive" Information. Well it's been 3 weeks and I've sent him multiple emails asking for updates, but hasn't even responded to any of my attempts to contact him. Extremely disappointed and a complete waste of my time. Caldwell banker had me approved in one hour.. Ron, if your reading this, thanks for nothing.

  Thanks to Ron and his staff I was able to achieve my dream of home ownership. I don't have perfect credit or even ideal credit so the process was time consuming, but they got it done when others said no. They have an amazing team and I would recommend them to anyone.

  Although they were able to help us buy our first home, getting information or even anyone to answer the phone was impossible and still is (sometimes I would have to call 5 or 6 times before anyone answered, or email multiple times before getting a response ). I don't regret going through them to get our home, but be ready to fight to get a response with information you need.

  Were not very friendly. Called in to know terms and conditions, but was shut down and received with rude attitude. Red Brick mortgage, no thanks, I will pass.
