mike skomrock1I applied for a loan though one of their subcontractors. I was told 2 to 3 weeks and after a month they told me 2 to 3 weeks. They need to get better subcontractors! It reflects poorly on Huntington.

Adrian Szymonski1I was impacted by TCF merger and was finally able to close my accounts after multiple calls and a visit into a busy branch in Minnesota. How is it ethical to switch checking accounts over from TCF to an interest account where a minimum balance needs to be maintained to avoid a fee? None of my TCF accounts had that?? Huntington sent mail during the acquisition saying that "they will pick an account that is close to what I had with TCF". I had two checking accounts with TCF but Huntington decided to convert one to a normal checking and one with the above minimum balance criteria? Something seems fishy here. The process to close the accounts was also horrible and I know I will not be back.

anthony nihart1Terrible customer service. Even the easiest of transactions seem to have some sort of issue with them. Several times they've placed funds transfers that I didn't authorize resulting in overdraft fees (they refunded after 2 very rude agents and a supervisor). I only use this bank once a month for my paycheck and it seems like every single month there is an issue of some kind. This is what happens when corporations value money over people.

Vic King1If i could give a negative review, I would. Absolutely terrible customer service. They have you call their number and make you wait for over 45 minutes before you get disconnected. I have been trying to pay off a debt for months now, and have been unable to do so due to the inability to talk to a person to get this resolved. I am now in worse trouble then before and still after months of calling and stressing, I have yet to speak with one person to help me with my issue. It is certainly clear that Huntington only cares about money rather than helping their customers. This is by far the worst company I have every attempted to contact. At least other companies will answer the phone. Don't ever waste your time with this company. It's not worth it.

Samantha Hicks1I cannot believe anyone would stick with this bank after having an auto loan with them for literally just days. I have spent longer time waiting on hold to get to customer service to give me the information I needed for my local bank to refinance the loan than the actual time I had the loan with them. You cannot speak to a person on the phone with less than an hour wait time.

Hoda El-Abbadi1I was having a loan that I closed over the last 2 years . Then I was surprised to fine that the bank gave me a line of credit which I never asked or need for it and send me a to pay interest for that loan .I am surprise over that behavior this is a fraud I am 87 years old and this bank to talk to the customer serves it takes hour to wait as if it is the only bank , they have a horrible customer service there should be a rule and regulation that should protect the customers from such fraud . I am his wife and post this on his behave

Kelle Asmus1Tired of traveling from Atm to Atm to find one that doesnt say it just has $1 bills???? What Atm has $1 bills. Wasted gas and time. Cant take any significant amount out. Not impressed with this bank so far. F rating from me.

Crystal Szumal1I have never in all of my years dealt with a bank that handles a transaction so poorly. I recently opened an account at the Romeo Michigan branch for convenience as my husband and I had moved and our credit union was about 30 minutes away. I am a cancer patient and needed to be able to do banking closer to home. I deposited a check written from my credit Union account to my checking account at Huntington. I asked the teller how long would there be a hold on the check and was told 24 hours needless to say here I am several days later unable to access my money to top it off they have already received these funds from our credit union and yet are continuing to hold the money! This is illegal as they are getting interest on MY MONEY that I cannot access. DO NOT BANK WITH HUNTINGTON !
