  Kristie S. was an absolute dream to work with! As people who are new to the area, she took our "wish list" and helped us narrow down our search so it wasn't as overwhelming.   We had the most amazing experience with our realtor Noelle Ward. She went over in detail the path we would take in selling our home as well as the path in purchasing our new home. We sold our old home on the first day of listing our home. The stress was 0. It could not have gone any better. Once we completed the first step of our journey, Noelle Ward directed us on our next step, which was purchasing our forever home in the country. We started from ground up on the new home and Noelle Ward helped us through everything. We were able to design a lot of the homes best features and we couldn't have never done it without Noelle's guidance. We could not be happier with the outcome. Our entire journey from start to finish was just 8 short months. From the time we put our old house on the market, until we moved into our brand new home in the country.   Noelle helped my friends from California buy their first home in Austin Texas…she was incredible especially For an interstate home purchase. She stayed in budget sent homes that would work and ultimately found an amazing house for them that they were thrilled with. I highly recommend her and feel like the experience we had with her made home buying easy and attainable.

  My husband and I recommend Realty ONE Group Prosper to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. Dean Blackmoor was our real estate agent and we are so grateful for the experience we had buying our first home. He had extensive knowledge of the local area, he was very responsive to calls, emails and questions, and extremely easy to work with. Dean was very thorough and professional. He did a lot more for us than I ever expected from a Realtor. I really appreciated how he was on top of things and how he kept us informed every step of the way.   I ran into Lora Ramirez when I was selling my house. She was very personable and knowledgeable. I was very unhappy with my Realtor at the time. I released mine from our contract and immediately hired Lora and haven’t looked back. She took it very personal that I was selling my home of 33 years and wanted to find just the right house in my price range. My big thing was I wanted porches and walk in showers. She was on the hunt and found me the perfect house that I Love with 2 porches and 2 walk in showers. She was very interested that I found a house that I was happy with. She did it I Absolutely Love my new home. Lora is my Hero. 😘

  My husband and I had a fabulous experience with Realty One Group Prosper and most especially Noelle Ward. We needed to find a place to rent in kind of a hurry and had an area in mind. She sent us updates on houses that fit our criteria. Together we picked out some homes to walk thru. Noelle scheduled us with the various lessors and within one day we had our place. She helped us get through the barrage of paperwork with little to no stress. This group and especially Noelle really cared about what we wanted and helped us find it. It’s apparent that Noelle loves what she does and truly cares about meeting the needs of her clients. Soon we will be looking for a place to buy and will definitely be going back to Realty One Group and Noelle. I highly recommend this company.
