  Mary Larivee has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I have done multiple loans through Mary and her team. Every time she is in communication and clearly explaining different things to my customers, but most importantly, getting them THE BEST DEAL POSSIBLE. I have been able to reach Mary on Sunday's a 11am. She is a work horse!!!

  This is the worse loan company. We have been ready to close for two months. We have sent everything in they have asked for. Had to get two surveys done when we finally got the right one they sent the appraiser the wrong one twice. Blamed VA for something they did. We have called several time to get a closing date and they somehow keep losing our land plot and so on. This has been ridiculous. We are about to the point on moving on to someone different. Avoid this company
