Chase Bank Reviews

Kelsey White1Been with the company for several years! Always had terrible experience. About a year ago my husband and I moved to TN. We assumed Chase banks are everywhere since there on every block within Austin. NOPE!!!! Only chase banks in TN are in Nashville and we live about 3 HOURS from there!!! Further more my wallet was stolen 2 WEEKS AGO! I got all my replacement cards EXCEPT...ding ding ding...Chase Bank...they even charged me a $5 processing fee to get my replacement card by the end of LAST WEEK!!! To say the least...Chase is terrible! I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone within the bank since even before COVID, and every time we tried to call no answer and no way of leaving a voice-mail. Please stay away from this location. They do not give a S*** about you. To sum it up...we are done with Chase, im letting my account close, and I've moved onto better banking choices..

John C1Put $1,400 in the atm and the machine ate it without confirming the amount in my account and when I attempted to ask the employees about the situation they told me to leave the property. My money was stolen and I was treat like a criminal this place is terrible

Bill Buck1This branch and it's management are TERRIBLE. My wife went in for simple notary service and was escorted out of the branch because she kept asking questions about the delay. If you can AVOID the BUDA Chase, do so.

Carmen Angel1Horrible service to my friend Graciela and her mother today. Very disrespectful the way they were treated after 12 years of being clients of your bank.

Tina Barroso3We've been business clients for 3 years. Always experienced nothing more than friendly and fast service. Know that new manager took over and hasn't been nice at all to us. Today I waited for over 15 minutes at the business driving line to get transaction completed: 5 simple cash deposits. Quite disappointed and considering looking for other options.

Valerie Van Heiss1This location has the rudest branch manager I have ever encountered. I drove through the drive through today so that my 79 year old mother could withdrawal her money to pay her rent. Her drivers license had expired in March but since she has been having chemo every other week, she has been too sick to renew it. Despite her having 5 forms of ID, the branch manager refused to give her her money. He was rude and hateful to both my mother and myself and he upset my special needs son. My mother will be moving her accounts from Chase bank to a small bank or credit union in the near future. In the end, we left without her money. My mother was short of breath and sick over the whole incident and I had an autistic son who was highly agitated. Oh, did I mention he called the Buda police on us when I refused to leave without his supervisor's name? Yes he did! He refused to give me his supervisor's name. He said he didn't have a boss! EVERYONE has a boss Eric Huerta! He should be ashamed of himself for treating us the way he did. In the end, I called Chase bank and filed a complaint against Mr. Huerta. I expect to be contacted by his district supervisor in the next few days. If not, I will escalate this to someone higher up in Chase Bank. This was an act of discrimination by Mr. Huerta. I will not let this go. I am paying him, not the other way around.

Dan Sales5I have never had anything but professional and speedy service here. Most negative reviews seem to be people upset about the location following company guidelines and security standards. Like, if your ID is expired or a form is required with official letterhead... why would you want to bank at a place that WOULD consistently ignore that?

John Michael5Seems strange to me that there are 1-star reviews here, but I tend to believe that most comments are only left after poor experiences, of which all companies having been in business for a long time have their fair share. With that being said, I bank here and have built a relationship with a couple of the bankers. I have always received professional and friendly service. Of course there are always hoops you have to jump through and inconveniences, but that is a part of any good bank's security measures. I would highly recommend chase and this location. -JMV
