  We worked with Kali Farran and she was beyond fantastic! This was our first time buying a house, and she was so responsive and made sure to outline everything that we needed to know. She was honest about the value of the houses we were looking at, and worked everything we wanted to see into our schedules. We would highly recommend working with her! Best realtor in Denver.

  Kathy at Realty ONE Group Premier is a realtor we would recommend to anyone as the service received was truly exceptional! As first time home buyers, we feel lucky to have worked with her. She is super knowledgeable, professional, friendly, trustworthy, attentive, and very responsive! She always gave us an honest input on everything without any pressure and the entire process could not have been any smoother.   Started out very well, great introduction, well researched initial meeting, different ‘package’ options. Turned into multiple conversations where the agent(s) continually insisted we do any and everything the buyer was asking for. This devolved into actual arguments over what we as the sellers could or couldn’t do. Good if you want to sell fast, and have no problem doing extra, possibly detrimental, work. If you’re looking for someone acting in your best interests, who hears and addresses your concerns, who will contact you before scheduling times you need to be out of the house, I strongly recommend you keep looking.

We would recommend her to anyone thinking about buying a home.

  As a first time home buyer, we did not have a good experience with Lana Baker from Realty ONE Group Premier. She was not very clear when we asked questions and when we communicated this to her she got defensive instead of fixing the issue. We had asked the sellers to fix some things around the house and both sides signed the contract. However, the roof, which was the main thing we wanted to be fixed, was changed but never inspected. We had a leak in the ceiling less than two weeks after moving in. After contacting the city inspector, we were notified that the roof was never inspected and it was our agent’s responsibility to get the inspection done prior to closing as it is a stipulation on the contract. When we notified Lana she let us know that she is no longer representing us. She is no longer responsive and told us “good luck.” We would not go with Lana again and we would not recommend her to anyone, especially first time home buyers.
