  I’d give 10 stars to Josh and Brad if I could. I have now purchased my first home, refinanced it , and bought a bigger home with them in less than 3 years. My most recent home purchase was done from offer to closing in less than 3 weeks! This saved me two moves and a ton of stress. They didn’t just care about the deal they cared about my overall financial health throughout every process. Josh is a genius and has taught me more about finances than I even knew I needed to know. I feel so empowered. Brad is so responsive and kind! I recommend them to everyone I know. I won’t go anywhere else for my home financing needs.

  Nathan and iPro Lending were recommended to me by my realtor. I was moving from out of state and started the loan/home buying process before my multi-state move. I had shopped around for rates and Nathan was able to find me a great rate, lower than I expected. He thoroughly explained what I could expect, communicated with me often during the loan process, and answered all of my questions. Bradley and Josh were also wonderful. They work together as a team seamlessly. I would definitely recommend Nathan and iPro Lending!

  My husband and I found Josh and Brad on a whim searching for a lender at the last minute to get in an offer on a home we really wanted as quickly as possible. Not only did we get the home but we were extremely happy with the level of service through the entire process. They were responsive, down to earth and took their time to explain every detail of all our options. We went into the process paranoid due to a bad experience that cost us a lot of money previously but we were pleasantly surprised by their integrity and helpfulness which is why I felt compelled to leave this review!   Josh and his associate Brad did and excellent job of providing me with a VA Loan. At closing, the Title Company made the comment that our interest rate was the lowest they’ve seen this year.   We've purchased two homes before, but this third home purchase was by far the best experience we've had.   Nathan and Brad at iPro Lending ARE the best loan guys in the business! Nothing about getting a loan in today's world is straightforward, simple or easy and these guys do everything to make the process straightforward, simply and easy. We went from "hey I need a loan" to done in less than 30 days and the rate could not be beat by my previous favorite loan guy by thousands. Hands down, without a doubt, I'll be calling Nathan and Brad for any and all future loan needs! Give 'em a call...I encourage you to shop your loan.   Josh Scrivner and Bradley Capelle with IPro Lending were a DREAM to work with! I cannot recommend them higher. I was refinancing 2 loans and purchasing an investment property and they were responsive, proactive, creative, and fun to work with.   Josh is amazing! There is not enough room to give him all the compliments he is due. You will never use another mortgage broker after working with Josh and his company, IPro Lending. In short, Josh will treat you like family and he will make sure he provides you with the best options for your circumstances. With so many different companies and options out there, I am so glad I will never have to figure out who to use. We will always use Josh and IPro lending!

  I used ipro for my first purchase. Both Josh and Bradley were responsive and knowledgeable. I am going to be honest, I shopped a lot for a loan but regardless of where I went I couldn't find better rates or costs when it was all said and done. After using iPros services, i doubt that I will be going anywhere else as long as these two guys continue to work in the industry. Every conversation I had with them was understandable to a layman and i knew they had my best interests at heart. I cant recommend Josh and Bradley highly enough. 10/10
