      I have never experienced such rude and unprofessional service at Bellco and sat in the drive up for 25 minutes at the Lone Tree location TRYING to take care of my transaction of cashing a check and a withdrawal from savings. It actually took THREE tellers to take care of this. The last teller was rude and interrupted what I was trying to explain exactly what I needed done for the third time. No more Lone Tree location I will stay with my original location at the Southbridge location. They know what they are doing and are very professional and kind.

      This branch is SO wonderful. We've worked with Armando, Teresa, and the ladies in the drive thru a lot and have had only outstanding service from them. We just closed on our HELOC today with Patrick Lanini. I couldn't be more impressed with him. He explained everything thoroughly, took ownership and fixed a mistake on the paperwork right there, and educated us on additional banking products that would make our life more convenient. I wish I could give this branch and the employees 10 stars!

      I went to the drive thru atm to deposit a check and the atm stole my card. There is no one to contact and the bank seemingly doesn't care that they have faulty machinery. They obviously do not care about their customers. UPDATE: WHILE I HAVE CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE, I HAVE RECIEVED NO RESPONSE AND THERE HAS BEEN REPEATED FRAUD AND ATTEMPTS AT FRAUD ON MY ACCOUNT SINCE THIS HAPPENED. VERY BAD BANK. DO NOT RECCOMMEND.

      I had an auto loan through Bellco in which they charged me late fees for 11 months. I paid in person every month and was never informed that there was an issue with my account. When I brought it to the managers attention she did nothing to help. She also told me that the late charges would have continued for the life of the loan(over $500). Not the place you want to trust with your livelihood.

      I've been a member of Bellco since 1998 and I've been very happy with their service and services. While I don't have intense banking needs, Bellco has provided a secure and comfortable environment for my needs. I've always received friendly service at the branches. It would be nice to have more branches for convenience, but honestly with all the mobile banking available these days, it's not necessary to visit the branch that often.

      Stood in line for 5 minutes waiting to speak with member services for direction on where or who I needed to speak to about auto loans. The lady working member services maid eye contact with me 3 times and continued to "lolligag" with a lady, laughing and making conversation about irrelevant topics. I grew irritated and walked over to the teller services, waited in line just for them to tell me I needed to speak to a banker. Which I knew this to begin with, wasn't sure where the sign in form was and was going to ask member services, but she was having too much fun talking to the lady at the counter to help me or the person standing behind me. Rafael Estrada seen me confused and approached me to see what he could do to help. He welcomed me back to his desk and proceeded to help. He was kind, professional, and completely apologetic.

      Walked in on a Friday morning hoping to open an account. I don’t think there was a single other customer in the building. Walked up to the teller station where 3 employees stared at me with blank, expressionless faces. I smiled and said hello. Nothing. I turned around and walked out. I’ll look for somewhere else to take my business. I just moved here from Kansas so maybe I’m just not used to the “customer service” here but I hope this is not the norm.

      I opened a joint savings and checking account here about a year ago and have recived friendly service, however struggle after struggle trying to link my external accounts with Bellco. Bellco's security is so far behind my other bank USAA told me they couldn't set up transfers between accounts because Bellco is flagged in their system for not meeting USAA security standards. I've gotten Around the issue by writing checks from the separate accounts, but the app constantly crashes and their website times out before I can complete anything. Needless to say, online banking doesn't exist with Bellco, because their apps and software are not up to date. Their debit card doesn't allow for recipts, whenever I request a receipt at the ATM it cancels the transaction, but when I don't request a receipt it processes just fine. This credit union is far behind the technological times and that makes it seemingly difficult to complete anything when you travel quite a bit. The people are nice (most of the time), online banking is just impossible.

      I've used Bellco to purchase several cars over the past 4-5 years. They have always been good to work with. That said, I recently had the opportunity to work with Suzie Serafino. I was purchasing a truck out of state and due to scheduling, had to fly into Denver, then to Omaha to get the vehicle. Not only did she get me approved in minutes, she actually drove to DIA to meet me in order to get the paperwork signed so I could pick up the car when I got to Omaha. Suzie is an example of true customer service, and I cannot speak highly enough about her. Thank you so much Suzie! You rock!!!
