  Thank you Sartori Jewelry and Loan for not only a beautiful ring but an amazing deal. I will never ever go to another pawn shop again. 5 star customer service, after the discomfort of 2 people walking in with masks lol. Definitely a great place to shop and more importantly I've got one happy wife. The saying is definitely true. Happy wife. Happy life.

  Good guys, came here to purchase a firearm and had firearms in stock that were not in stock other places (Glocks, etc.). Really kind and central to Old Torrance. If you want someone to take good care of you and fast, I definitely would not pass this place up. Was referred by a friend and am not disappointed at all. Being a local all my life, I've always walked by and looked at stuff inside this place but after seeing how they deal with people and after the excellent service and experience I had will definitely make me a return buyer. Thanks again to everyone at Sartori Jewelry and Loan.

  This is a fantastic Loan and Pawn. I have been dealing with this store for 10 plus years. I had pawned a Apple Laptop and unfortunately was involved in a major motorcycle accident. The pawn had matured when I was in the hospital. I went to the store in my wheelchair 6 weeks late and they honored the pawn still based upon my personal circumstances. Major respect for this family owned and Operated store.

  I found myself short of cash during the week which does not usually happen, but circumstances beyond my control shorted me. I searched shops in my area but did not like what I saw and read. I have a friend who lives in the South Bay Area who highly recommended Sartori due to very friendly and honest dealings he has had with them. Although it was a long drive I wanted to deal with a honest business that I could get a decent amount on a loan for my jewelry. I walked in and was greeted with a smile and a hello from both men at the counter. I explained my situation and asked how much I could get for my rings. After checking I was told the amount they would loan. I felt it was very fair, but needed a bit more. To my surprise they told me they would help me anyway they could and got me what I needed. I was very grateful. All the time I was there I was talked to like I was a family member. Very friendly, cordial and helpful. I also looked around when there and was shocked at how clean, well organized and well run this shop is. I had a great conversation with the owner and was told they appreciate all their customers. I am very satisfied with my experience at this wonderful shop. Plus they have a great selection of other products for sale. I was tempted to buy a few items, but had to use the money they loaned for bills. Seriously, if you want to be treated well, fairly and like a friend, visit this shop. You will not be sorry. There are few places I deal with that treat me this well and with honesty and integrity. This shop is worth your effort and time. I very highly recommend!

  Without doubt, the best shop in the South Bay, been doing business with them for over 30 years, always able to give me a loan with very reasonable rates.. everyone there is genuinely nice and helpful. Great products too!!

  Sam, his dad, and brother were all such gentlemen! The store is clean, bright, and well cared for. It was such a pleasure working with them, and it was definitely apparent that they cared about providing not just great service, but all were genuinely warm individuals. I appreciate you guys, and especially Sam, who helped me directly and took his time to ensure I was taken care of.

  The owners are great! I was so embarrassed the first time I had to pawn something. There isn’t any reason to be embarrassed because these people treat you with respect. I would never go anywhere else. The highest rating ever!

  This is a great family owned pawn shop. Al and the guys really take care of you here. I was amazed to learn how easy it is to get a loan.They also have a great selection of items on sale like jewelry, tools, guitars, pretty much everything! Definitely worth a visit!
