  Cant say anything but great things about Oceanside. Let's just say processing was a breeze. Lee was phenomenal as my loan officer. He was very professional and prompt on any questions that I had.

  It's not very often you'll here someone say I had a great experience working with a mortgage company. I can honestly say it was a pleasure dealing with everyone at Oceanside Mortgage.   i recently had to choose a mortgage company, and of all those i met or spoke with, oceanside mortgage company provided the best experience. oceanside mortgage company is a great mortgage company. the people i dealt with at oceanside mortgage company were patient and knowledgeable at every step and made the whole process of doing what i was doing much simpler for me. i would recommend oceanside mortgage company if you find yourself in the position of needing to find a new mortgage company.

  Ryan Dunn was great through the whole refinancing process. They lowered my interest rate from 5.25% to 3.75% and they paid the closing costs. The whole process was fast and easy. Thanks so much!!

  They contacted me to help me save money. It cost less than a months payment to get the refi done too. They're very helpful. My other mortgage company couldn't beat them. I recommend.
