  Worst experience ever. Our agent Leticia L. kept us in the dark all the time, hardly could reach her on the phone, just unprofessional service and lack of communication. We shopped for title company, and provided phone numbers and all information, but she changed to different agency without discussing with us. Closing date was promised so many times, and no communication. We had constantly call and email, our agent and check status, otherwise nothing was moving forward. It took almost 4 months and on the closing day, they provided Wrong paperwork- What a disaster. It looks like they have bad communication between their offices, no wonder they can not take good care of customers. Please do not blame only COVID-19 for unprofessional work.

  Used Family Funding when we purchased our home years ago and had a great easy experience getting the mortgage on time with out many head aches. They helped every step of the way, always fast with responses and very efficient. Decided to use them again to refinance knowing we would get the best rate and same great service. From start to end it was again an easy and pleasant experience. The refinance process sometimes is a head ache, but they walked us thru with a breeze. Even during the covid restrictions we closed quickly and very happy with our savings.

  I just want to say I’m still in the process of buying but Josh & Lynn are by far the BEST! I am a first time home buyer and walked me thru everything and really eased my mind . I really really appreciate the both of them and appreciate all of their help and dedication ! I will be referring them to everyone I know who wants to buy a house for sure ! You won’t be disappointed with this team :)
