  I contacted Ready2Fund on Sept. 8th regarding a cash-out refinancing of my mortgage. They not only offered me a great rate, but the cost of the loan was lower than anyone else I contacted. They were also extremely efficient. The funds were deposited into my account on Sept. 27th. Highly recommended.

  Absolutely, he completed both my home loans. When I was purchasing my new home, other lenders said I couldn't get approved since I was keeping my first house to rent out. I was a little concerned that everyone else said it was impossible but Zach is really smart and showed me what to do to buy the second home. I've referred several friends and family to Zach @Ready2Fund and they always got a better rate then their prior lender.
