  I came to Ready Mortgage Lender hopeless and disappointed from other lender I have dealt with. I am a first time homebuyer and Ready Mortgage Lender was the BEST choice I ever made. I did not have to worry about a single thing.   We recently gave Ready Mortgage Lenders a second chance. The first time, we were unable to close. However, the second experience was excellent. Our loan officer and CEO, Andres Perez was very helpful. The processor, Karol, works around the clock. We pulled this file from another lender who, after almost 90 days, couldn't close the loan. Ready Mortgage closed the loan in just under 5 weeks (given COVID and large amount of loans happening currently). They provided an even better rate than any other company and their loan fees were the absolute lowest. It was a no-brainer for us to go with the lender that gave the best rate, lowest costs, and fastest closing. Loan closed without any issues.
