Management is excellent they are curteuos and understanding. If you are looking for a rare firearm or lookimg for a firearm specifically for your needs this is the place to go.   Excellent service!! The only pawn shop around the area that takes almost everything. I was attended by Harvey who was very professional & helpful. Smooth transaction, in and out. The staff is highly knowledgeable on firearms and jewelry.

  well the people that work there are very help full and very nice , but i cant say the same about there mngmnt. went there for a shotgun and found the one i really wanted after looking on the internet for a few days and after all ready buying a few firearms all ready from them he would not be help full in working with me on the down payment just to hold till i came back the very next day to perches it , very disappointing that he dose not care about his customers needs or work with them , will not buy any more firearms from them any more very disappointing, to bad he cant be like his employees , friendly serves and loyalty to a repeat customers .
