  They are stealing your money, especially when you are financing. If you ask them to report the details they do not say anything about details of their fake charge. They just say if you want details you need pay 500$ to investigate. They want to make you tired and agree their deal. Worse customer service. Annie who is in front desk at Doral branch is the most impolite person, I have ever seen in my life. I wish I can rate it less than one.

  Not helpful. The employees don’t care. I tried working with them. I’ve worked for a credit union before and amazed how awful this one is. The gaurds are more courteous than the tellers.

  It would be helpful to update your hours online. Not sure how helpful it is to find the business is closed at 4pm if the it is posted on the door. It is a little too late then because I have driven over there and wasted time and gas.

  I called to have my card replaced. I have spoken to several different people on several different days. It is pass the 10 business days and still no card. When I called and finally got someone on the phone I was told ok one moment please as if they were going to help but then put me back in the cue for member services only to be on hold for 10 more mins and get the same person who placed me on hold again this time around. I was placed back in the cue 4 times so far...I am waiting while I do this review. Smh. The customer service over the phone sucks.

  PLEASE AVOID THIS CREDIT UNION. They ruined my credit when I never missed a single payment, in fact I always paid one or two weeks early, one day they called saying I owed 4000!!! and my credit was damaged to the point going more than a half !!!. Plus when you call customer service the hung up on you every time and are very rude showing no respect for you. This idiots sold the loan to the secondary market and had no idea of the balance . I have to add they have the highest rates and expensive loans you can imagine...I should shop more...fortunately I was able to escape from their trap STAY AWAY FROM THEM

  Constant issues with being able to access your money. Deposits are put on "bank hold" for weeks at a time with no resolutions and fees always incurred. Customer service is atrocious.
