  We just moved from out of state and have had a wonderfully smooth transition thanks in very large part to Cathy and Jeff Witter! Cathy (and Jeff) Witter were FABULOUS. I think this is the smoothest, easiest home purchase transaction we've ever had... and Cathy was very responsive to all contacts... email... text... phone. Most of the purchasing paperwork was done online via docusign which made it a breeze to complete even when we were travelling, enroute and communicating over the internet from out of state. I'm recommending them to all our friends and acquaintances. They were excellent to work with and know the area very well. (Thanks guys! You ROCK!)

  my viewing was canceled only a couple hours before my showing and no one had the decency to answer the phone directly after I received the message at 2 pm on a weekday. I wouldn’t want to rent from a place like that

  This company is literally the worst. Do NOT sign leases or anything with them. They never returned our deposit they simply said sorry we gave it to the owner. We left it clean but then claimed they had to change carpets when the carpet in the first place was already trash. They will not care about you. I lived in an condo for almost three years our washer broke and they came to "fix" it but kept breaking because it was old and never bought a new one. we had no washer for 4-5 months. The owner pretty much will only be there when you sign then he will barely respond his phone or emails. If i could give 0 stars i would.

  We applied for a home told we were approved with conditions then we’re “suddenly denied by the homeowner” we are a young interracial couple so we are sure that had a major part to do with this which is sad… I wouldn’t recommend AT ALL!!!
