  I called Joe McNally with ReMax Together regarding listing my mothers home after she passed away. Joe got back with me right away. We listed my mothers house with them and Joe handled everything from advising how to best stage the rooms, to handling all closing details. He was very professional and easy to get in touch with. The home sold quickly for a good price and with the terms that were important to us. I highly recommend Joe McNally and ReMax Together.

  Joe and his team were extremely helpful during the sale of our home. We thought about listing without a realtor and I’m so glad we didn’t. Joe got us top dollar for our home and handled multiple issues that arose with ease. He made the stressful process of selling a home much easier for us.   Michaela was fantastic. Tried another real estate agent first, they did not even get offers. Switched to Michaela, sold day one of ver asking no with multiple offers. Sod it higher than the other agent told us we should list at. Michaela always kept us in the loop, she was vey up front and honest. The signing couldn’t have been easier.

  I would recommend Joe to everyone looking to buy or sell a house. I have lived in my for 21 years, raised my children there and created a ton of memories. Right from the start Joe understood my feelings and didn’t just treat my home as a piece of property. He helped walk through every single step as we went through the process of selling my home. He was always very quick to respond to any questions/concerns I had and explained in detail what would or could happen, getting me prepared for something just in case it might happen so I was not taken off guard. I can’t say enough great things about Joe! You will enjoy every minute working with him. He has a caring heart of gold and a positive personality.

  Joe and his team were hard-working, responsive, agile advocates for us, as we listed and he promoted our property. Joe knows how to listen to; advise; and educate his customers. He also did a great job of shepherding us through the intricacies of the real estate closing process, after he persistently "hung in with us" in finding buyers for our lakefront, investment property.   I recommend everything about working with Joe and his team. We put our house on the market just before Covid-19 hit, so needless to say, things didn't go like we planned! Throughout the entire process Joe was a constant source of positivity and professionalism. Once the market started up again, houses started selling like crazy (including our own) and the reality of having to find something quick was a bit unsettling! At times we considered giving up some of our "dream" features, but Joe reassured us that OUR house was out there and he was going to find it for us. We put offers on 4 houses that fell through for one reason or another, but Joe was right there to make sure we felt supported. The evening when the 4th house fell through, we really started to feel like we weren't going to find a house, but the next morning, Joe called and said "I have a house I want you to see!" We met him there within a few hours and fell in love! It was EXACTLY what we were looking for and suddenly we understood why the other houses fell through! From selling our house to finding our dream house (and everything in between - inspections, financing, contractors, etc.), Joe and all the wonderful contacts he has in the community were right there to make sure we being taken care of by the best of the best! If you want to sell your house or find your dream house, don't hesitate to contact Joe! He will take care of you. And you might even end up with a new friend at the end of the process!!
