  I just purchased my 1st house. Lowell Pratt was my realtor and he went above and beyond. He made my home buying experience amazing. And he works for a great company. Everyone that I met at his office was very friendly. I highly recommend Crossroads Realty and Lowell Pratt.

  We recently purchased a parcel near Reed City ,we contacted Lowell Pratt.He was so knowledgeable about the area , we drug him around all day to find the perfect parcel to purchase.He was so personable and treated us like we had known him for along time,we felt so comfortable. I would highly recommend Lowell to anyone looking to purchase a house or land,I know we would use his services again.

  My husband and myself just bought a house in Michigan moving from new jersey. We were referred to Joseph McNally by some close friends of ours. Joe made it so easy he went above and beyond sending us emails every day of houses that he thought would work for us. He respected our time knowing what we wanted and when we narrowed the list down to 2 houses we really liked we drove out to Michigan and looked at them in person. Joe knew we didn't have a lot of time when we looked at the houses Joe was really honest showing us things that we didn't even notice with the houses good and bad things. When Joe called us telling us our settlement dates He once again went above and beyond offering for my husband and i to stay with him and his family so we could save money on hotel rooms. I would highly recommend Joseph McNally to any of my friends and family he is honest and hard working gentleman who knows what he is talking about.

  I went in to inquire about their rentals. The woman completely cut me off and took a phone call from another employee. Just very unhelpful and rude.
