  My experience with Tammy Lord was nothing but wonderful. She was knowledgeable, experienced, and most importantly, she was there for me at any time any day.   We used Debbie Horkey as our sales Representative to sell our home in Fenton while we moved to Florida. I was nervous about leaving before the paperwork was signed. However Debbie told me there would be no issues at all and she was right! The closing went very smoothly and it removed all the stress from such a huge transaction in my life. She is the greatest!

  I listed a distressed property with Scott Shaker of ReMax Grande, with little expectations of selling it. Our communications were close to zero, but I didn't really get upset until a confirmed showing after which the back door of the house was left open and the furnace cranked up to 80 degrees. Nothing was missing from the home, the copper pipes were intact, so it wasn't thieves who did it--it could only be the agent and his/her client. Mistakes happen, but I got no responses to my inquiries as to who the agent was who showed it. Worse, my next door neighbor called to report the back door open and got no response either, even though the Scott Shaker supposedly lives in the same neighborhood and we are all supposed to look out for each other. Very disappointed.

  I am sorry for the miscommunication, but in all fairness Catherine, if you'll remember, for three months I extended countless calls and emails to you requesting a house key and the paperwork required from your lender. Additionally, when I learned another agent left the property unsecured, I was as upset as you were and reported the situation, following proper protocol. I understand that you were going through a difficult time, but I wish that you would have worked with me and your lender. I wish you all the best for the future. -Scott Shaker
