  Jeff and his entire staff live up to their business name, it was truly an Epic experience. My wife and I were in the market to refinance our home and were referred to Epic Mortgage of Grand Blanc. I stopped in their office while working in the area. I did not have an appointment, but Jeff still took the time to sit down and discuss some options with me.   It was great working with Epic Mortgage. They are truly a well-oiled Team. Every member of the Team knew all the details of my loan and could answer any questions I had. They were very patient and encouraging the entire time. None of my questions or concerns went unanswered. I had one snag that momentarly held up my process. Although it was NO FAULT of theirs, they were still able to get my approval to close quickly. I appreciate every member of my Team. I will 105% recommend EPIC to those seeking to get a mortgage. This was my second time working with them. The experience was the same. I also sent my mother-in-law to them; she had the same experience.   We will forever recommend Epic Mortgage! The entire team is so nice and they truly care. We came to epic mortage last minute about to close on our house due to the bank not coming through for us. The team at Epic mortage made it possible for us to not lose our dream house when the credit union told us no way. Almost two years later we just refinanced! Thankfully, they explained everything to us and didn’t give up with the phone calls because in the end we’re saving a lot more than expected. Thank You, everyone at Epic for making this possible.
