  I first met Linda Bone last summer during my process of looking for a home to purchase in the general vaci ity of Watford City, North Dakota I was pursuing the local property listings and inquired about one, hence my meeting with Linda as the agent. We seemed to hit it off right away as she is very real and personable. The property didn’t meeting our needs, so she kept looking. We viewed a few more without acquiring. Linda didn’t give up and told me she would find me a home and she absolutely came through. I love my new home as does my family Thank you Linda Bone for knowing what was in my heart and head and finding exactly what I wanted. Besides being my agent, we also became friends.   My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Katie to purchase a new home. We bought a home in a new development prior to construction and Katie guided us throughout the whole process. I don't even know where to start with all the good things I could say about Katie. She was incredibly helpful and always responded to our questions and concerns immediately. I know we weren't always the easiest people to work with, but she took everything in stride, was always professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our new home. I highly recommend Katie and would definitely use her again if the need arises!

  My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Holly Riggins to find and purchase our first house!   During the process of trying to find a home here in the Watford City area, my wife and I started to feel the pressure of not being able to find something that best fits our needs. I am not originally from here and moved here with my wife and first son in July 2016. We worked with Paul Ficara during the long process and he was able to make the decision a whole lot less stressful.
