      I can never get someone from this branch to answer their direct line or call back after leaving a voicemail. Turn around on basic paperwork that should take only minutes takes them days. Finally I call the customer service line and get told it will take 5 DAYS for them to send me paperwork that will list the steps I need to take to cancel my mortgage insurance? 5 days just for the instructions, that's ridiculous. Considering how long it takes them to return a call I guess I should consider myself lucky it's only 5 days.

      Nothing, but issues. Seems like every other transaction they lock the account and I can't access MY money. They changed my account type without my knowledge or permission. When we call and ask questions we always just get an, "I apologize, but..." Definitely switching to another bank. The ladies that work here are the only positive!

      My experience was very negative here until I closed my account. When I told them I had filled complaints with several agencies, they were quite pleasant. I opened my account at the other branch in Watford but closed it here. I had it less than 3 months. I have 0 trust in their practices.

      We have had issues with this place from the beginning. When we get our tax money we’re taking it out and closing this account. I’m done with this place
