  Complete incompetence. Terrible communication. Lied several times. The transaction was not simple or easy. Had to hand write my own deed as they weren’t even professional enough to have it typed and prepared. They went out of their way to try to screw over the seller. Had several people involved instead of working with one person directly. They didn’t communicate with the parties only the realtors. What was signed at closing could have been signed and emailed. Complete waste time to have to show up in person. For what they offered this could have been a smoother transaction without their “help.”

  We went through North Dakota Guaranty & Title CO. when we bought and sold our house. When closing when we bought they went out of their way to help us. I was working long hours and they came in late one night to let us sign paperwork. When we sold our house they had our paperwork ready early so we could sign before our scheduled move date. The team was very professional and friendly and the office was very welcoming.

  My Husband and I closed with North Dakota Guaranty and Title when we bought our own home, and I also work with them all the time as a part of my Realtor career. They are absolutely fantastic, prompt service, prompt closings, the ladies are always there to help and no matter how many times I call/email them, they are quick to resolve issues and/or help.
