  Honest service. The mechanic, Albert is very helpful and clearly wants to do his best for customers. While it's never fun to have car problems, it was nice to work with Albert during this tough situation.

  Tony was awesome from start to finish. I placed an inquiry on their website for one of their vehicles, he reached out immediately. We spoke about some options that could work for my situation. I never felt overwhelmed or pushed, like the stigma of buying a car usually is. He greeted us right as we pulled in and made everything very easy to understand and fast. I love doing business with RC Hill Mitsubishi, we will continue to bring our business here, this is our second go around. Thanks

  Albert is a great asset to RC Hill. I can't commend him enough. From making room on his busy schedule to take me right in and fixing all of my concerns. To even communicating that the vehicle wasn't going to be done before the end of day and offering a loaner vehicle so that my wife's and I's plans would not be disrupted! This is our first experience with RC Hill, but definitely not our last!

  On this particular visit they performed an oil and filter change plus a transmission fluid change. As a retired auto mechanic and vehicle builder who now does airport transportation my vehicle is my living. CVT automatics (as well as conventional automatic transmissions) are very finicky about having clean transmission fluid. For those of you who don’t know anything about cars when the service department at R C Hill Mitsubishi tells you something needs to be done you can bet the farm it’s the truth! Washing and vacuuming the vehicle after services performed is a nice touch! Especially for an airport driver who hast to maintain a professional appearance.

  My wife and I really enjoyed our experience working with RC Hill purchasing our used 2015 Kia Sorrento. The salesman, Tony, was really polite and friendly, and unlike other dealerships that we visited we did not feel rushed or pressured into anything. Will definitely look at their inventory again in the future when we need to purchase another vehicle.
