  Landmark Mortgage planners raise the bar in customer service, everyone I dealt with in this company was great. I do have to give special thanks to Greg, he went above and beyond to make sure we got our home. He ensured I fully understood everything and would correct the realtor or title agent when things didn't seem to be in my best interest. We didn't make it easy for him, living hours away and using a VA loan amongst many other things, but he was always on point. For every friend or family member I have moving in this area, I will give them the address here and tell them this is the first stop they need to make. I only regret not talking to Greg allot sooner!

  The people at Landmark Mortgage Planners are awesome! So, my (previous) lender drops the ball on me and the deal on my house is about to fall through. Not only that but I can't even get these people on the phone. The only way I can ever get in touch with my "mortgage originator" is through email, which he only seemed to check after 4pm as that was when I would get replies. Frustrated, I call the people at Landmark and ask if they can help. This is when I speak to Robby Gibson for the first time. He listens to my situation and sets up an appointment for us to speak face to face. At this meeting he looks at all of our information and informs us he thinks he can help. From this point I have never felt more taken care of. He promptly answered all of my questions, calls, emails, text messages. Things moved along very smoothly and swiftly from there. Robby did everything he could do to make sure this deal went off without a hitch, and succeeded in doing so. I truly felt like I mattered, more than that I felt important, almost like family. No matter the question or issue or time or day Robby was there. Whenever he received an update or new information he was calling or texting me to inform me of the good news, where we were at, what further information did they need, what this number on that line over there meant. This company is awesome, all of them. I know Robby didn't do it all completely on his own and any contact I had with any of the employees, was beyond pleasant and way beyond my expectations. I recommend these people to everyone I know who is thinking of buying a home. They are my saviors, and I thank them from the bottom of my heart for making my families' dreams come true!

  Mr. Gibson went wayyyy above and beyond our expectations and stayed in touch every step of the way. At no time did we feel undervalued as a customer (which is rare these days). Just a really good person as well. He bent over backwards to help us understand the process when it hit snags and took many a late night calls from us. Did well considering the COVID-19 Lock down. Thank you for your understanding, patience, and easy going attitude you showed to my Mom and me Robby. Have a great Holiday!”

  The ENTIRE team is so wonderful. I would recommend this team to anyone in a heart beat. They’re there every step, and they are very efficient in every step of buying a house. We started our process December 18th and are now home owners as of today! I couldn’t be anymore happier and it was such a pleasure to get to work with Cindy and Katey! They rock!!!!

  I would highly recommend Landmark Mortgage Planners & the amazing staff that they have. It was my first time purchasing a home & I couldn't have felt more comfortable throughout the entire process. Sam Latiff was my mortgage planner & he immediately took on the big brother role that I needed & made sure that I not only completed everything in a timely manner, but that I fully understood every step of the process as well. He was kind, patient & sincere. Sam would answer any question that I may have had & helped me understand exactly what was happening for every new process. I also was able to work with Dawn Garrels for my loan processing as well, she was very clear with what needed to be done & fast with getting my results within a short time frame. I also stopped by the office to use their fax machine a few times & had the pleasure of meeting Prisila Nagele at the front desk. She was very polite, kind & willing to assist me in anyway possible. Purchasing a home for the first time was definitely very stressful, however I truly believe that the people here at Landmark Mortgage Planners made it easier to understand & a lot more enjoyable than what most people tend to experience when deciding to purchase a home. Working with Robin Boileau as my Relator, Sam Latiff as my Mortgage Planner, Dawn Garrels as my Loan Processor & Prisila Nagele as the middle man definitely made my 1st time home buying experience a positive one. Without them & all of their hard work, I do not think things would have went half as smooth as it did. Thank you guys for everything & all that you did for me.   Landmark not only helped us close on our home very quickly, but helped us extricate ourselves from a bad deal. When the seller of the first property we were interested in proved to be unethical, Landmark recognized the problem immediately and helped us out of the deal without losing our deposit. Then our team quickly focused on a better home and closed it under 30 days. It would have closed even quicker but we had to wait on a well inspection over the 4th of July holiday. Highly recommended!!!
