  Since 2018, the State Farm team on Oahu has honestly always made me feel like family. As a business owner and long time customer I always look to Rayna and her team to assist in any and all of my insurance needs. Every question and request is always taken care of quickly and professionally with no detail missed and always with aloha. They even go the extra mile to send birthday & Christmas cards - it’s the best! I can’t thank them enough and highly recommended them to anyone, island wide!

  I was in the market for new home insurance due to poor customer service with the my old insurance provider. I was immediately impressed by Rayna's quick response when I reached out to her for information on getting home insurance through state farm. I can say that it was one of the easiest and most enjoyable experiences in switching insurance coverages I have ever experienced. She took the time to walk me through every single question I had (even the really dumb ones) and made sure that I was fully informed of every section of the new policy. I am more than confident that she will be readily available to assist me in the future if anything should happen to my home. I will be recommending Rayna to my family and friends without hesitation.   Rayna Toyama's team is knowledgable, communicative and friendly. Our 3 learning center vehicles are covered by StateFarm as well as my personal vehicle. We've experienced vandalism and theft of our vehicles over the past 3 years. Rayna's team helped us file our claims with ease. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Rayna's team is the best.

  Rayna and her staff are always helpful and quick to respond. We recently had to file a claim for flooding and their staff has been there, especially when we can't always get the national representatives. I highly recommend Rayna!

  Rayna helped me out in a pinch. I had snagged a last minute appointment for an initial safety inspection prior to finalizing my move with State Farm. I had called Rayna after calling a different office that had been assisting others (about 20 minutes) and wasn't taking calls at the moment. Rayna picked up on the first ring and quickly gathered my information to make sure I could make my appointment within the hour. I am really grateful for Rayna's assistance today and look forward to working together in the future.

  I was in the market to switch both my auto and homeowners insurance. I contacted Rayna at StateFarm by email and was provided a near immediate response to my request for information. The switch to StateFarm working with Rayna was seamless. Rayna is also a mortgage agent working with Quicken Loans and suggested I look at refinancing.
