  I give 5 stars because I live in town, but came out to Kapolei and had to make a stop here and we love that it has a drive thru ATM and teller. Thats pretty rare in town, so love that! I don't have to get out just drive in and drive out, simple and quick.

  Huge mistake on getting rid of Nānākuli Branch. Let alone the atm as well. Keep losing points from a 36 year plus customer.

  Kapolei Customer Service Desk very upsetting of the way they speak to customers and their rude. Asking them question is like there scolding you they seem to get upset when you need some help. Three time”s I went to customer service desk within a 2 year period and each Time was a bad experience and it was with 3 different ladies. I am now changing banks because it’s awful to hold your hard earn money In a bank that you should trust and feel comfortable with but instead you get treated and spoken too so badly.

  My visit was alright. The tellers were quick, but quiet. Not sure if they were just having a bad day. The usual greeting when you come in wasn't mentioned. Didn't seem friendly. Overall good , as far as quick service. But poor when it comes to " friendly customer service ".

  I like to go to the ATM at American Savings Bank because it's always in service . I've been using the American Savings ATM Kapolei over 5 years and have never had an issue.

  Branch has always been accommodating and friendly! Excellent general customer service call center! That's what kept me a customer for 20 years.

  Very nice tellers. Verna is awesome for personal service. Even the drive through tellers are nice.

  The phone service really SUCKS when you are trying to activate your card. Esp. When it’s by a machine.
