  Arlene did a fabulous job of representing us for the sale of our home in Ko Olina. Being over 2000 miles away could have made the transition a nightmare instead, Arlene worked overtime to insure we were satisfied and well taken care of.

  For the past 6+ years, we have used Ola Properties as the exclusive rental agent for our condo at the Ko'Olina Beach Villas.   Ola Properties has a very large inventory of listing in West Oahu. They are known for their quality service and professional management. They have excellent systems. The staff are a pleasure to work with. We changed from another brokerage after an unhappy experience and are very satisfied with Ola.

  Ola Properties has managed our Ko Olina condo for years. They have kept it rented consistently and maintained it in great condition. Their accounting team takes care of all the tax filings and associated tasks, so we don't have to. During the pandemic, Ola Properties undertook a number of creative measures to market their rentals and keep units occupied. Ola Properties is a great team. If you own a property in Ko Olina and are looking for a property manager, or you want to lease a vacation property for yourself, look no further than Ola Properties.

  As owners in KoOlina Kai, my wife and I have been extremely pleased with Ola Properties’s management and staff. Great communication, virtual tour advertising, in-house maintenance, accounting, linen service and very user friendly owner’s on line app are just a few areas that make Ola Properties a pleasure to work with.

  My daughter and her family who live and work in Boston were able to enjoy a wonderful summer with me in Hawaii. This was due to the excellent office space that this lovely, well furnished and delightfully decorated condo provided . WiFi service was very reliable and she never missed a day of work. Many workers were unaware she was in Hawaii as internet service was seamless. I highly recommend this condo to anyone who is able to work from home or to anyone who is just looking for a comfortable vacation. The accommodations lack nothing. Just bring your bathing suit!!

  Ola Properties manages our rental condo on Oahu, and has been a joy to work with over the six years that we have owned the condo. We never have to worry about anything in terms of their rental program, the tenants, any condo maintenance issues, etc. I highly recommend them for both owners and for people looking for a place to rent on Oahu. We have used both aspects of their business and have always been very pleased and satisfied.

  Ola Properties manage our vacation rental unit in Ko Olina. The most important thing for the rental unit owners is that the unit is rented out consistently. Ola Properties have done a great job of keeping our unit rented continuously. They are also very good at taking care of any maintenance issues promptly. Everyone I have worked is amazing. Larry took beautiful photos of our unit. Debi works hard at keeping the unit rented. Jennise keeps me informed of all maintenance issues and is very responsive. Ashley in accounting is my hero. She files our GE and TA taxes for us. We had a two-year gap in rental before we signed on with Ola Properties so we didn't file the GE and TA taxes. Ashley said we had to file them even if we had no income. So she went back and filed them for us. Everyone at Ola Properties is dedicated, professional, competent, and pleasure to work with. Going with Ola Properties for our rental unit has been the best decision we have made. Thank you!

  We booked two units through Ola properties. They provided plenty of information, answered email questions and gave us phone numbers to cal on arrival. We were also able to check in early. Emily was great about calling a few days before our arrival to confirm details. It was very nice to have the peace of mind of real live people contacting and confirming. Recommended.

  This was our second time dealing with Ola Properties. From the Owner to the entire Staff - every single person you come in contact with is outstanding! The vacation unit we rented in Ko’olina Kai was superb!!! The three bedroom rental was beautifully furnished, and the neighborhood very nice. Would highly recommend renting through Ola Properties in Ko'olina!!! Mahalo to everyone there!
