  Nightmare.. I had to jump through hoops to cancel a policy that was not written up the way it was suppose to from day one. Long story, now he gives me a Policy # and to call the 1-888 number. Seriously?? Mr . Benavides had the capability to check ,he has just been sending us in circles. Check your Policy’s. We were paying double the amount a year .

  Mr. Benavides, his wife, and his amazing staff always go above and beyond for their customers! They make themselves available Monday thru Saturday, and by appointments if needed! They take time to explian bills, changes, and any questions I might have. They are caring, giving, and appreciate ALL of their StateFarm Family!   Went in to cancel a policy, signed the paper right in front of them, and they failed to sign the withness portion, which delayed the closure of my policy. I felt like they purposely did that. Be careful.
