  I wish there were an option for 0 or negative stars. I called and spoke with 2 employees before going into the store to make sure that I had everything that was needed as well as asked very specific questions to ensure we would be able to handle business. Both employees verified I had what was needed and that we would be able to do business. So I go ahead and go into the store. When I walked in I noticed the store had 6 employees working but I was the only customer at the time I got there. I was happy about this and looking forward to getting in and out. My husband and I were greeted and walked up to a young African American employee with braids in her hair . we explained why we were there and so she starts the process with us. While she's updating our info she's talking with another employee about the sale she had gotten. Which caused her several times to ask us to repeat what we were saying. Once again very clearly we explain. She gave us the feeling she had no idea what she was doing because every question we ask her, she has to ask another employee for the answer. She asks me to print things off for her so I did. The entire time im doing this she is playing with her phone laughing, then she asks me to print something I had printed 3 times. She didn't look through the paper I printed so I asked her to go through what I had printed because it was already there. She literally puts down what I printed and said well just reprint it. So I did. She asked another employee AMD manager if we would be able to complete the business and they both informed her yes we would be. Then goes back to telling her friend there her weekend plans. I began getting frustrated with her customer service so I went outside to sit in my vehicle I waited 40 minutes only for my husband to tell me that business had not been completed because we needed additional paperwork. Why when I called before going into the store to confirm was I not told then. The lack of customer service we received was beyondespicable. We spent over an hour in there to get nothing done. This store needs to get some customer service training as well as job training. This woman shouldnt have been helping customers. I never will try and do business with this company and would strongly advise anyone to find any other company to use. Customer service has never been worse and the job knowledge the employees have is way below where it should be. Go elsewhere if you like to get business taken care of in an orderly fashion or like to be treated with any respect

  Normally, I encounter great, friendly, professional people, but this time, not so much! The first person I talked to did not look at me when she was speaking to me and when I asked her if she spoke Spanish, she didn't say "yes" or "no" she just started speaking Spanish--still, not looking at me. Since I forgot my title, I had to go out and go back in. I purposely chose a different person and he wasn't that much friendlier either. What's happening?

  The agent was rude. Didnt look like she wanted to be there. Was not helpful at all. The whole time helping me she was tapping her fingers on the counter and tapping her foot. Very unprofessional. She didn’t get the issue i had resolved and made me do useless steps to get my information. Like opening my email when their system mainframe wouldnt let me through. She knew they have limits on using internet on the computer but still made me do it anyways before informing me about it. Not happy!

  I’ve been going to rapid cash for 3 years now it’s the only money lending place I go to. The staff is always nice and professional. Never had a bad experience with them. Getting the cash is fast and super easy. I like knowing in the case of an emergency or sticky situation, That rapid cash gots my back!

  ANA, ANA, ANA that’s her name!!! She deserves customer service award of the year with her own parking spot. I was so frustrated with rapid cash or speedy cash whatever the name is in a town near you. Then I stumble upon Ana and she is wonderful. I have paid back some of my loans worth thousands of dollars and I could not get the answer as to why I was denied a small loan until I spoke to her. Now it all makes sense and I am no longer angry with this establishment. Rapid cash has been very good to me and when I needed an increase on my loan a few days ago I was knocked down and denied and put in a very bad position after I had spent over $1000 paying a few small loans back. Now I am happy and satisfied and somebody needs to realize they should take pointers from her. I spoke to three people in headquarters who didn’t get near the explanation that Ana gave me thank you Ana and have yourself a wonderful wonderful week !!! Tracie

  I just want to tell you that if there was a way to make clones you better make a bunch of the manager James you can not get a better person for your company he is the only reason that I keep coming back your other tellers need some compassion and sensitivity training and taught to be nice but I'm sure James will get them there but James is GOD !!! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING JAMES YOU ARE AWESOME!!
