  Over the time ive been going to this location I have received nothing but great service specially from marlene and Kat-. Theyre always super friendly and nice. Quickest service and theyre just awesome overall! Thank you girls 😉

  I am absolutely angry and irritated after trying so long to get my funds back i went this morning to Rapid Cas on 2710A S. Maryland Pkwy Las Vegas, Nv 89109 with teller FP7 for something as simple as getting a replacement card for revolve finance which i got with them as well they gave me a card with had an amount of $0 and she said you have to activate it to get your funds transferred so I trusted and on my way home was activating the card and it kept saying $0 so i had to go back in there and tell her she said i would have yo call the number on the card so i called in front of her and they said she had created a completely new account instead of just replacing the card on the same account so it would take up to 2 days to access my funds because they had to put a request to transfer my funds to my new account she created for me now i have nothing because i trusted that she knew how to do her job and was well trained until my funds are transferred because i deposited everything into that account. not even for an emergency situation or for gas or for anything my baby will need after this i kepts speaking on the phone with revolve customer service center and they said they did not even know how she did it to create 2 accounts under the same social security number which should not even be possible because there should only be one account per ssn so i told her what they said and she got angry and answered i did nothing wrong i did not make another account and i’m sorry but you’re just going to have to fix it with them.

  They needed employment verification, which I have access to my paystubs online. So they sat me off to the side waiting to even access their computer for about 10 minutes and moved on to other customers while I waited. Other locations I've done this at helped me immediately and didnt push me aside to wait at all which has slowed my whole day down. I dont anticipate ever returning to this location again they have poor customer service skills.

  The staff is always friendly,efficient and ready to go the extra mile for the customers. DMV should use these ladies as an example of GOOD customer service.

  2 people in front of me being assisted. Waited about 30 min, just to make a payment. 4 women behind the customer service window. 1 doing paper work (Patty), 2 assisting 1 customer (Nikia & 2nd rep dressed in green without a name tag. Oh & the 4th rep is just sitting down in front of a computer, watching the customers at the window.
